Originally a port house of German origins, but today Portuguese-owned by members of both the Barros and Van zeller families, Feurheed’s is quite popular in Europe, but only recently available to us. We are proud to now carry two of their delicious colheita Ports including this fantastic 1975. Rich aromas show pralines and walnuts, which lead to a lush, nutty palate with candied orange notes, and a lively, engaging palate, that, not unlike The Dude’s rug, really help to tie it all together. Fantastic colheita, a great example of the style and highly recommended.
